Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce

Our house blend of spicy Scotch Bonnet peppers and aromatics, this is what we serve with our signature jerk chicken. The longer you leave it the better it gets, developing a sweet pickle flavour over time.

**Please order by 5pm Thursday for pick-up at the Wellington Farmers' Market on the following Saturday. Any orders not picked up at the market are subject to a delivery fee (average shipping cost $15). Delivery is available in the GTA and Prince Edward County area.**
